Returns/Exchange Policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

We do not issue refunds, only exchanges or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unopened and in its original tamper-evident packaging. Body jewelry is a personal item, so we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges on jewelry where packages have been opened. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

All of our jewelry is covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects, such as pins breaking, gems falling out. If, for any reason, your jewelry breaks, please contact us as soon as possible.
